What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

What cards does PayPal accept?

PayPal accepts the following cards: Visa / Delta / Electron MasterCard / Eurocard PayPal Credit Card PayPal Top Up Card Switch / Maestro Solo American Express Debit cards (also known as echeque cards or bank cards) are accepted if they have a Via or MasterCard logo.

How secure is Crow and Alice?

Crow and Alice uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from Crow and Alice?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from Crow and Alice. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Can I pay in Euros, Dollars etc?

Yes! Just click on to buy in the usual way & PayPal will automatically change your currency when you checkout.

Delivery

All orders are sent by Royal Mail standard delivery.

UK - £1.50 + 30p per additional necklace.
Worldwide - £2.50 + 30p per additional necklace.

All orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days (Monday - Friday) with the exception of weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas & New Year these are sent as soon as possible after the holiday period.

Orders are sent to the address which is registered with PayPal. Please make sure your PayPal shipping details are correct, including post/zip codes, as we cannot be held responsible for items going missing due to incorrect customer details.

How should I look after my necklace?

Please keep your necklace away from water, sprays & perfumes as they may cause harm to the image. As gold tone brass may tarnish over time, it is best to keep it shiny with a polish that is suitable for cleaning metal but again, keep this away from the image.
